Refund Policy

At Forty-Love, we aim to be fair and flexible while ensuring smooth court operations. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Free Cancellations

• Customers may cancel their booking free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled booking time.

• Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund or booking credit, as per the customer’s preference.
   

2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations are not permitted within 12 hours of the booking time.

• Any booking cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, or in the case of a no-show, will be charged in full and is non-refundable.
   

3. Bad Weather Policy

• In the event of bad weather (such as rain or unsafe playing conditions) that prevents play:

  • The booking will not be refunded, but

  • Customers may reschedule the booking to another date and time of their choosing, subject to court availability.

• Rescheduled bookings must be used within a reasonable timeframe, as advised by Forty-Love staff.
   

4. How to Cancel or Reschedule

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made through:

  • Our online booking system, or

  • Directly by contacting Forty-Love via phone or WhatsApp (where applicable).
     

5. Management Discretion

• Forty-Love reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in special circumstances at management’s discretion.
