By accessing or using the Forty-Love website, booking system, or facilities, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Bookings & Payments

All court bookings must be made through Forty-Love’s official booking platform or authorized channels.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Forty-Love.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Free cancellations are permitted up to 12 hours before the scheduled booking time.
Cancellations within 12 hours of the booking time, late arrivals, or no-shows are non-refundable.
In the event of bad weather, bookings may be rescheduled to another date and time of the customer’s choosing, subject to availability.
Refunds and rescheduling are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Arrival & Court Usage

Players are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before their booking time.
Court time includes warm-up and play. Late arrival does not extend booking time.
Only appropriate padel footwear and equipment are permitted on court.

4. Player Conduct

Players must behave respectfully towards staff, other players, and facilities.
Any abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the premises without refund.
Damage caused to courts, equipment, or property may be charged to the responsible party.

5. Health & Safety

Players participate at their own risk.
Forty-Love is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.
Players should ensure they are physically fit to participate and seek medical advice if necessary.

6. Weather & Force Majeure

Outdoor play is subject to weather conditions.
Forty-Love reserves the right to suspend or cancel play in unsafe conditions.
In circumstances beyond our control (including extreme weather, power outages, or government restrictions), bookings may be rescheduled but are not guaranteed to be refunded.

7. Memberships, Packages & Promotions

Any memberships, class packages, or promotional offers are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
Expiry dates, usage rules, and terms will be communicated at the time of purchase.

8. Privacy

Personal data collected through our website or booking system is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Photography & Media

Forty-Love may capture photos or videos on the premises for promotional purposes.
By using our facilities, you consent to such use unless you notify staff in writing.

10. Changes to Terms

Forty-Love reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
